Kickboxing 4 Fitness
We are not a Club; everybody is welcome to come along and have fun. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, you too can develop fitness, confidence and self-defence! All sessions are designed for individuals and their own training goals; we achieve this by keeping each class size down to fewer than 20 people. We provide one to one service in our classes, at minimum 3 minutes per person; ensuring you get the best out of every session!

Core Conditioning 4 Fitness
Whenever a person moves, to lift something or simply to move from one position to another, the core region is tensed first. This provides support to the spine and pelvis during movement.
Core stability is essential for the maintenance of an upright posture.
